Partnership: Arpanam and Together Yoga are excited to officially announce our partnership Wellness with Arpanam. Together Yoga will be launching their signature movement and meditation classes in Arpanam's beautiful space in Little India. These classes and their setting offer a curated cultural experience; classes will include yoga, meditation and be tailored to enrich the senses and provide a unique, symbolic, uplifting journey into the self.

Movement and Meditation: Our relaxed holistic 60 - minute hatha yoga classes combine bodywork (asana), breathwork (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana). Each session will take you on an inner journey, helping you feel grounded, rejuvenated, and a little more self - aware. There are multiple classes each week and each class is open to all levels of practitioners.

About Together Yoga: The Sanskrit word for 'yoga' means to bind or bring together and that's what we are about, bringing people together and bringing yoga to people. Our purpose is to offer you an authentic and meaningful practice which stays true to the history and philosophy of yoga.

About the Teacher: Prasi - started her career in the health education sector. As her interests broadened to include more holistic methods, she delved into her journey with yoga. Trained in the Sivananda and Krishnamacharya traditions of yoga and Vedic chanting, she is also a qualified meditation teacher. She incorporates pranayama, dhyana, and chanting into her personal practice, and builds her classes with the same philosophy, aiming to create a holistic and deliberate learning environment.
